| 本文简要介绍了复杂网络的概念和科研合作网络相关知识，对生命科学领域国内361多万篇期刊论文进行了统计和合作网络分析，并从合作网络中抽取出科研机构子网络和医院子网络，针对复杂网络的几个特征进行对比性分析，找出了各个网络的不同特性，分析说明不同机构的科研合作模式。 |

| Author collaboration network is studied in this paper. A large amount of literatures of life science are used and analysed. A massive co-authorship network is divided in to two parts: a scientific research organization co-authorship network and a hospital co-authorship network. Through comparing the characteristics of the two complex networks, we find the different research collaborating patterns of authors from different types of organizations. |
