| 文章通过对ISI平台收录的电子政务相关主题1711篇文献的统计分析，采用聚类分析等文献计量方法，得出了全球电子政务研究的发展历程，对我国电子政务的发展进行了时间维度与空间维度的分析，并阐述了目前电子政务的发展方向。 |

| This paper discovers the development of E-Government in the global from 1711 articles about E-Government in ISI through some methods of literature-quantity analysis like cluster analysis etc. It also analyzes the development of E-Government in China from both time and space, and gives the direction of development for E-Government. |
