| 数字图书馆服务是数字图书馆价值的最终体现,也是检验数字图书馆建设是否成功的最终杠杆.文章首先回顾了数字图书馆环境下服务的演变和特征,分析了数字图书馆服务评价的原则、主要内容与评价方法,在此基础上提出了数字图书馆服务评价指标体系,并结合虚拟参考咨询这一具体服务进行了应用分析. |

| The quality of digital library services determines whether our digital library construction is successful, so how to evaluate the performance of those services is very important to the development of digital library. This article discussed the main factors and the general perfomance indicators for digital library services and then applied them to virtual reference service as an example. |
