| 随着全球经济一体化的发展和市场竞争的日趋激烈,规模和资金都处于劣势的科技型中小企业常常面临危机的考验.文章根据科技型中小企业技术创新活动特点,针对湖南省1 29家高新技术企业进行技术创新需求分析,研究服务于中小企业的竞争情报信息服务与交互模式,建议在企业与政府、投资、专家等技术创新活动主体之间建立信息共享平台,实现技术创新资源整合与交互合作. |

| With the global economy integration and market competition, Small and Medium Enterprises which are lack of money and technology are meeting the serious challenges. In this paper, based on the theory of features of the technology innovation in SME, 129 high-tech enterprises in Hunan are surveyed. The technology innovation demands of these companies are analyzed and competent intelligence service and interactive mode is designed to construct an interactive platform for these enterprises, governments, investors and experts. |
