| The development of Dongguan Library is the epitome of public library development in China's urbanization process. Through the typical case of Dongguan, the paper starts with the position of libraries in the city pattern, describes the structure of public library service system and the ideas of development, and summarizes the major innovation of the Dongguan Library in the public digital culture services, such as library cluster management, 24-hour self-service library, and convenient e-reading card, e-manager of culture and learning center. Besides, this paper also gives some thoughts about the construction process. |
