| Library Learning Center is a major pattern of business transformation and development, and the core of urban learning space construction. Library Learning Center construction should follow the concepts such as U-leaming, combination of the actual and the virtual, systematic, and user segmentation, and also should establish a learning-centered work system through the innovation, improvement and promotion of technology, resources, services, spaces and management. The article also introduces the function and use of Dongguan Learning Center's network platform, and presents directions and advice of further development to Dongguan learning center. |
