| 随着计算机网络技术的日益发展及其在各个领域中的大规模运用，作为新兴数据采集方式的自动识别技术得到迅猛发展。许多图书馆的借阅管理系统已淘汰以人工操作为主的传统借还图书模式，逐步采用完全依靠自助化的无线射频识别技术（RFID）来完成图书借还管理服务。笔者针对RFID自助服务模式对图书馆传统文献资源服务的冲击影响进行深入分析，以西华大学图书馆为例重点探讨重构和完善数字化背景下一种切实可行的“学科顾问”馆员文献资源服务结构，以及落实“学科顾问”馆员制度的详细执行方案和配套的勤工助学（学生工）推进措施等视角，就如何进一步改革和发展提出新的思路。旨在为提升和促进新型大学图书馆数字化文献资源服务转型提供参考和借鉴。 |

| With the development of computer network technology and large-scale used in various fields, the new data col ection methods of automatic identification technology has been developing rapidly. Many of the library's management system has been eliminated is given priority to with manual operation mode of traditional books borrowed, gradual y adopt depend entirely on the self-support of radio frequency identification technology (RFID) to complete the circulation service. The author conducted in-depth analysis of the impact of RFID self-service model of library services for the traditional literature resources, Taking the library of Xihua University as an example focuses on restructuring and improving a practical and viable librarian literature resources service structure of"subject adviser"on the digital background, and so on the perspective of a detailed implementation plan to implement the"subject adviser"librarian system and supporting the promoting measures of work-study (Student workers) program, and put forward the new ideas and suggestions of how to further reform and development. Aims to provide a reference for upgrading and promoting the transformation about the digital literature resources service of new type of the library of university. |
