| 本文从答案质量和答案采纳的角度对社交问答网站——百度知道和知乎作对比研究。根据前人的相关研究归纳出4个主要的判断答案质量的维度，比较了百度知道用户和知乎用户对这4个维度的感知差异。同时，本文还分析了答案质量对答案采纳的影响，比较了百度知道用户和知乎用户在答案质量影响答案采纳的程度和关系上的差异，并对存在的差异进行了分析和探讨。 |

| This paper compared two social Q&A communities, Baidu Knows and Zhihu, from the perspectives of answer quality and answer adoption. According to previous studies on answer quality assessment, this paper concluded 4 main dimensions of evaluating answer quality and made a comparative study of users’ perceived differences of these 4 dimensions between Baidu Knows and Zhihu. In addition, this paper also analyzed the impact of answer quality on answer adoption, and then, compared the differences of the extent and relations of influence in Baidu Knows and Zhihu. On the basis of these results, this paper made in-depth analysis and discussion about these differences between Baidu Knows and Zhihu. |
