| 对战略性新兴产业信息资源需求的相关研究成果进行梳理，提出战略性新兴产业信息资源服务体系简约模型。基于模型选取NSTL、ESCIENCE、DRCNET三个科技信息服务平台进行信息资源存量及保障率调研，分析可知：三个平台占有丰裕的科技信息资源，科技图书保障率达到64%，外文科技期刊保障率达到80%；平台间资源互补，具有可持续发展能力，服务机制相对完善，可以为我国战略性新兴产业信息资源需求提供强有力的保障。 |

| By reviewing relative research on strategic Emerging Industries information needs, the paper proposes the information service model for strategic Emerging Industries in China. NSTL, ESCIENCE, DRCNET are three governmental SciTech information resources service platform. They cover 64%Chinese SciTech books and 80%foreign SciTech periodicals. Based on their abundant information resources, complementary resource types, sustainable developmental ability, they can be powerful information resource support systems for Chinese strategic emerging industries. |
