| 运用问卷调查法、文献分析法、网络调查法对武汉市区级图书馆的实体馆、虚拟馆进行调查，梳理武汉市区级图书馆发展现状，并在此基础上，设计读者期望调查问卷，从读者需求出发，考察读者对武汉市区级图书馆未来发展的期望，以期通过武汉市区级图书馆的研究，折射出我国区级图书馆的建设状况，为国内以后有针对性地改进区级图书馆建设提供借鉴。研究表明，在新的信息环境下，区级图书馆要与门户网站结合，增设区级虚拟图书馆的入口；重视社交媒体的应用，加强互动，扩大宣传；利用有限资金，调整馆藏结构，提供有效服务；充分利用新技术拓展服务内容，提高用户信息素质；从传统模式向休闲平台发展，打造“第三空间”；资源共享，形成一个各具特色又紧密结合的整体。 |

| In this paper, the social survey, document analysis and network survey are being used. First, both the entity libraries and virtual libraries are investigated to get the latest information about the information resources services of Wuhan`s district libraries. Then, through the user questionnaires, the paper provides several suggestions about the information resources services of district libraries. Under the new situation, regional libraries should use their websites and Weibo、Wechat to propaganda themselves;provide personalized information services for different people;make ful use of new technology to expand the service content and improve users’ information literacy;from the traditional model to the development of leisure and entertainment platform. |
