| 对日本国立信息学研究所在2005~2012年为帮助大学建设机构知识库实施的机构知识库委托项目进行研究，了解其开展状况，为国内开展类似项目提供参考。借助SPSS等软件对实施期间相关数据进行分析处理，分析委托项目的发展脉络，得到中心机构与中心领域，并为国内开展类似合作项目提出四点建议。 |

| This paper focuses on IR projects that National Institute of Informatics implemented to help universities to build IR by themselves from 2005 to 2012, to study the status of IR projects and provide references to implement similar projects in China. This paper uses SPSS software to process data, to analysis development context of IR projects, to calculate center organization and center field, and put forward four proposals. |
