| 当前，“互联网+”正加速与各传统行业的跨界融合，同时也给电子政务服务带来新变化，推动政务服务模式优化升级。本文立足于推动我国电子政务服务模式转变因素的基础上，从数据开放、高效政务、权力公开、移动政务四个方面论述我国电子政务服务发展的新方向——“互联网+政务服务”，从互联网思维、互联网技术、互联网平台三个视角阐明支撑电子政务服务的纵深发展策略，以期构建开放、便民、廉洁、智慧的服务型政府。 |

| At present,"Internet+"is accelerating the cross-border integration of traditional industries, bringing new changes to the e-government services and promoting the upgrading of government service model. On the basis of promoting the transformation of e-government service model, this paper discusses the new direction of the development of e-government services from four aspects of open data, high efficiency government, public power and mobile government. It supports e-government services in-depth development strategy from the three perspectives of Internet thinking, Internet technology and Internet platform, in order to build open, convenient, clean, intel igent service-oriented government. |
