| 本文重点围绕“十三五”期间科技咨询与智库建设需求，分析医学情报服务的战略机遇与重大挑战，从资源与出版新业态、用户新需求、大数据分析技术、新竞争格局和医学模式转变等方面揭示医学情报服务创新发展的驱动力，阐述当前和未来医学情报服务的增长点与发展趋势。结合中国医学科学院医学信息研究所/北京协和医学院图书馆发展基础和发展需求，提出“十三五”期间医学情报服务的发展思路与重点任务。 |

| This paper pointed out the great opportunities and chal enges for medical information services with the increasing demands of Science and Technology Innovation (STI) analytics and STI think-tank construction. We revealed the driving forces and growth points for the development of medical information services from five aspects, such as the initiative of open science, the transformation of user' s information demands, the big data analysis technology, the new competition pat erns and the new paradigm of medical research. We final y sketched the development themes, goals and main tasks in our library during the 13th five-year. |
