| 通过对网络信息资源著作权风险事件利益相关者分析,提出风险沟通机制,调节利益主体间关系,从而推动网络著作权环境的建设和健康发展.通过利益相关者理论对网络信息资源著作权风险利益相关者整理和分类,以百度贴吧侵权事件为例,以其风险沟通过程中所涉及的利益相关者为研究对象,对网络信息资源著作权风险利益主体的利益诉求进行分析.不同利益主体间存在既冲突又合作的关系,并基于分析结果和利益相关者理论提出风险沟通机制的建议. |

| By using the stakeholder theory,the authors analyze the copyright risk events of the network information resources,put forward the risk communication strategy,adjust the relationship between the interests of the main body,which is conducive to the construction of the network copyright environment.Through the classification of stakeholder theory of information resources of the network copyright risk stakeholders,Baidu Post Bar's infringement event as an example,the stakeholders involved in the process of risk communication as the research object,analyzes the benefit demands of information resources of the network copyright risk subject.There is conflict and cooperation between different stakeholders.According to the analysis results,put forward the suggestion of risk communication strategy based on stakeholder theory. |
