| 了解公共图书馆在突发公共卫生事件中开展的应急服务，构建公共图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件的应急服务体系，有利于公共图书馆针对突发事件采取合适的应对措施并发挥其公共职能。本文采用网站访问调查、社交媒体访问调查和内容分析的方法，对我国127家公共图书馆进行网络调查，了解这些图书馆的疫情信息发布、防疫知识普及、数字资源开放、信息咨询服务以及线上活动开展等应急服务情况。突发公共卫生事件中的公共图书馆应急服务体系重点包括：推送及时的事件信息，普及实用的应急知识，开放优质的数字资源，提供多元的信息咨询，策划丰富的线上活动等。 |

| Survey the emergency services of public libraries in public health emergencies, and build an emergency service system of public libraries in response to public health emergencies, which is conducive to public libraries to take appropriate measures and play their public functions in response to emergencies. By using the methods of website visit, social media visit and content analysis, this paper conducts a network survey of 127 public libraries to understand their emergency services such as epidemic information release, epidemic prevention knowledge popularization, digital resource opening, information reference service and online activity organization of these libraries. The public library emergency service system in public health emergencies focuses on the following aspects: push timely event information, popularize practical emergency knowledge, open high-quality digital resources, provide multiple reference services, and plan rich online activities, etc. |
