| 现代图书馆管理与服务有赖于技术的支持，但技术只是手段，摆正人与技术的位置，有助于我们坚守职业使命，坚持核心价值，在瞬息万变的社会发展中把握好守正与创新的关系。本文从新现实、新业态、新作为和新期待四方面，探讨“新常态”下开展节俭型创新的必要性，以数字转型为契机推进全媒体发展的紧迫性，以及提升新时代图书馆馆员核心技能的重要性，以期以高品质的服务回应社会对图书馆的新期待。 |

| Modern library management and service depend on the support of technology, but technology is only a means, putting people and technology in the right position will help us stick to our professional mission, adhere to the core values, and grasp the relationship between integrity and innovation in the rapidly changing social development. From four aspects such as new reality, new business form, new action and new expectations, this paper discussed the necessity of frugal innovation under the “new normal”, the urgency of promoting the development of the entire media taking digital transformation as an opportunity, and the importance of improving librarian’s core skills under the new era, in order to respond high quality service to meet the society’s new expectations to the library. |
