| By summarizing the development course and current situation of resource description of NSTL joint directory, analyzing the changes of scientific and technological literature resources publishing, and the changes of requirements due to NSTL’s new business flow, puts forward the reconstruction scheme of NSTL joint directory metadata system in the new period, and thinks about the creative ideas of resource description development of NSTL joint directory. |
