      本文综合运用文献调研、网络调查和邮件核查等研究方法,对英国罗素大学集团成员馆在信息素养教育主体、内容、手段等方面的特色做法进行萃取解析。研究发现,样本馆通过与校内外机构形成广域合作的信息素养教育战略联盟,创建面向用户标签的阶梯渐进式信息素养教育内容,打造基于新媒体矩阵的人性化信息素养教育手段,完善与教学科研全周期无缝对接的信息素养教育机制,使信息素养教育成为高校学科建设与人才培养的重要载体。以其为标杆,我国高校图书馆应着力聚合多主体的信息素养教育优势资源,增强信息素养教育内容的针对性、层次性与时效性,提高信息素养教育手段的定制化与智能化程度,促进信息素养教育动态契合用户教学科研全流程需求。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, by means of literature research, network survey and email verification, the author extracted and analyzed the characteristic practices of member libraries of Russell Group in information literacy education in terms of subjects, contents and means. Study found that the sample pavilion with face-to-face institutions form a wide-area information literacy education of the strategic alliance cooperation, create a user-oriented label the ladder of incremental information literacy education content, build a new media based on matrix of human means of information literacy education, improve the scientific research and teaching full cycle seamless docking mechanism of information literacy education, make information literacy education in colleges and universities as the important carrier of discipline construction and talent cultivation. As the benchmark, our country university library should focus on the aggregation of multi-agent information literacy education advantage resources, enhance pertinence, gradation and timeliness of information literacy education content, improve the information literacy education means the degree of customization and intelligent, promote information literacy education dynamic fit user whole process requirements for teaching and scientific research.
