| 本文梳理归纳突发公共卫生事件中图书馆应急信息服务所面临的角色定位、信息舆情、信息需求以及法律与政策环境4个挑战，并简述图书馆应急信息服务实践现状，从环境、资源、技术以及人员4个方面提出提升图书馆应急信息服务的可行性策略，以期为图书馆融入国家应急管理与现代化治理体系提供参考。 |

| This paper summarizes four challenges faced by library emergency information service in public health emergencies: role positioning, information public opinion, public information demand and policy environment, and summarizes the current situation of library emergency information service practice. Suggestions on improving emergency information service of library are given from four aspects of environment, resources, technology and personnel. These suggestions will help the library to integrate into the national emergency management and modern governance system. |
