| 后疫情时代，在全球经济发展存在不确定性因素、电子教材教参服务较弱、缺乏纸电统一协调管理、开放获取资源快速发展、数字资源远程服务能力不足等诸多情况下，大学图书馆需要未雨绸缪，密切关注信息资源建设工作的升级转型，继续加强数字资源储备，调整并补足短板，采取构建符合本馆发展的数字资源保障体系、加快本校电子教材教参平台建设、发展新一代智慧图书馆管理平台、更广泛地参与国际开放获取运动、促进高校校园网联合认证等措施，更大程度地满足用户对图书馆数字资源的获取利用。 |

| In the post epidemic era, under the circumstances of global economic uncertainty, weak e-Textbook teaching reference service, lack of unified management of paper and electricity, rapid development of open access resources and insufficient remote service of digital resources, it is necessary for university libraries to take precautions, pay close attention to the upgrading and transformation of information resources construction, continue to strengthen the reserve of digital resources, adjust and supplement the shortcomings. We should take measures to build a digital resource guarantee system in line with the development of the library, expand the reserve of high-quality electronic teaching materials and teaching reference resources, speed up the construction of electronic teaching reference platform, develop a new generation of intelligent library management platform in the face of the arrival of the intelligent era, participate more widely in the international open access movement, promote joint certification among college campuses, so as to meet the users’ acquisition and utilization of library digital resources to a greater extent. |
