      新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(以下简称“新冠疫情”)爆发后,各大高校图书馆积极采取措施来应对疫情的冲击和影响。本文通过文献调研和网络调查方法,重点以中国科学院大学图书馆为例,对高校图书馆在应对疫情时的举措进行分析,为图书馆应急服务提供参考。通过分析发现,高校图书馆应充分应用信息服务技术,不断提升远程服务保障能力,综合提高图书馆的新媒体运营能力,强化与其他单位的协同合作,将信息服务更多地应用到图书馆中,以推进图书馆无空间边界的知识服务模式,推动图书馆转型变革的进程。
英文摘要:
      After the outbreak of COVID-19 Epidemic, university libraries actively adopted some measures of information service to deal with the impacts and influences of the epidemic and these measures provide reference and thinking for the libraries of the China’s universities. By means of literature retrieval and network survey, and by taking the library of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this paper analyzes the measures which the libraries had taken in dealing with the epidemic, and summarizes the characteristics of such measures in terms of information service, so as to provide references for library emergency services. It is found through the analysis that university libraries should make full use of information service technology, improve continuously their ability of remote service guarantee, enhance comprehensively the operation ability of libraries to use new media, strengthen cooperation with other universities and organizations, and apply more information service to libraries so as to promote the knowledge service mode without space boundary in libraries and to promote the process of transformation and reform of libraries.
