| This paper sketches the contents of the 14th Five-Year development plan for Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai). It describes the development theme, goals and 9 main tasks of the plan. And, it also looks into the future of Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai) in development of its resources, operation, services, projects and cooperation in 2035. |
