| This paper puts forward five experiences on how to give full play to the think tank function of national scientific research papers and hing-end communication platform of scientific and technological information. The first is to advocate scientific research contention, the second is to explore the origin of academic theory, the third is to understand the spark, the fourth is to face up to the reality, and the fifth is to be brave to report worries based on reality. |
