| 随着数字、网络技术的迅猛发展，图书馆数字资源增量明显，服务形式也愈加丰富。于是，图书馆数字资源保障体系的重构被提上了议事日程。本文以此为背景，把上海图书馆近些年数字资源建设、服务及其绩效作为分析、研究对象，认为与城市数字化转型合拍、乘势加大数字资源采集力度，加强图书馆之间数字资源采购协调、国内外馆际互借和资源共享的力度，提高数字资源服务效能等是重构保障体系的关键。 |

| With the rapid development of digital and network technologies, the digital resources of libraries have increased significantly, and the service forms have become more abundant. As a result, the reconstruction of the library’s information resources guarantee system has been put on the agenda. Based on this background, the article analyzes the digital collection development and the service performance of the Shanghai Library in recent years. The article argues that the key to reconstruct the guarantee system is to correspond with the urban digital transformation, take advantage of the trend to increase digital resources acquisitioning, strengthen the coordination of digital resource procurement among libraries, interlibrary loan and resource sharing at home and abroad, and improve the efficiency of digital resources service. |
