| 在当代信息技术迅猛发展的环境下，图书馆迎来了有声阅读服务蓬勃兴起的新时代。本文介绍了当前我国图书馆有声读物阅读服务中的著作权问题源起和性质争议，运用理论演绎和案例结合的方法分析了现存的有声读物法律属性定性不明、制作和传播有声读物过程中面临著作权侵权风险等问题。在此基础上，提出应对有声读物法律属性予以明确定性、对不同法律属性下的有声读物采用不同著作权保护进路进行解决。 |

| In the environment of the rapid development of contemporary information technology, the library has ushered in a new era of booming audio reading services. This paper introduces the copyright problem origin and the copyright dispute of audiobooks in Chinese library, and analyzes the uncertainty of the legal properties of audiobooks and the copyright infringement risk in the process of audiobook production and spreading. On this basis, it is proposed to clearly define the legal properties of audiobooks, and to solve different copyright protection paths for audiobooks under different legal properties. |
