| 通过系统梳理德国开放图书馆徽章项目的指标和最佳实践，分析开放科学要求下，学术图书馆在开放获取、FAIR科学数据、未来文化遗产、研究领域基础设施建设、数字技能等业务方面的特点，最后对学术图书馆在资源保障、技术能力、人员建设方面等提出建议。 |

| Through systematic analysis of the indicators and best practices of the badge project of German open library, the paper analyzes the characteristics of academic library in the fields of open access, fair scientific data, future cultural heritage, infrastructure construction in research field, digital skills under the requirements of open science. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the resource guarantee, technical ability and personnel construction of academic libraries. |
