| 视频档案资源是语义最为丰富的档案资源，对其进行语义标注是视频档案资源能被有效利用的基础和前提。本文在对国内外相关研究成果梳理分析的基础上，结合视频档案资源特性，提出多层级语义标注的理念，阐释对视频档案资源多层级语义标注的意义，进而设计了视频档案资源多层级语义标注框架、多维语义信息提取模板和视频档案语义标注本体模型等。最后基于实例分析，从视频档案资源语义描述预处理、视频档案主题词汇集的完善以及如何引导用户参与语义标注工作等方面给出具体的应用建议。 |

| Video archives resources are the most semantic archives resources. Semantic annotation is the basis for the effective utilization of video archives resources. Based on the combing and analysis of relevant research results, combined with the characteristics of video archives resources, this paper puts forward the concept of multilayer semantic annotation, explains the significance of multilayer semantic annotation of video archives resources, and then designs multilayer semantic annotation framework of video archives resources, multi-dimensional semantic information extraction template and ontology model of video archives semantic annotation. Finally, based on the analysis of examples, this paper gives specific application suggestions from the aspects of semantic description preprocessing of video archives resources, the improvement of video archives subject vocabulary set, and how to guide users to participate in semantic annotation. |
