| 加快数字化发展，推动政府治理数字化，提高数字政府建设水平，是建设数字中国的重要支撑，也是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的深厚基础。本文在梳理和总结政府数字治理科学内涵的基础上，对政府数字治理研究的历史进程与研究热点进行分析。结果显示，政府数字治理研究经历了“概念引入—实质探究—路径探索—实践深化”的研究阶段；当前该领域的研究热点分别是大数据等先进信息技术及公民参与对政府数字治理的硬作用与软作用分析、城市治理和智慧城市（政府）研究、政府数字治理的实践研究以及制约因素分析。 |

| Accelerating digital development, promoting the digitization of government governance, and improving the level of digital government construction are important supports for the construction of digital China, and also a deep foundation for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities. On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the scientific connotation of government digital governance, this paper analyzes the historical process and research hot spots of government digital governance research. The results show that the research on government digital governance has gone through the research stage of “concept introduction, substantive exploration, path exploration and practice deepening”, and the current research hot spots in this field are the analysis of the hard and soft effects of advanced information technologies such as big data and citizen participation on government digital governance, urban governance and smart city (government) research, practical research on government digital governance and analysis of constraints. |
