| 我国丰富的文化遗产数字资源散存在美术馆、图书馆、档案馆、博物馆等机构，形成资源孤岛，引发重复建设、利用受限、无法共享等问题。东盟启动“东盟文化遗产数字档案馆”项目，开展GLAM文化遗产数字资源融合实践探索，在机构协同、融合标准、融合技术、融合服务等方面积累宝贵经验。该项目启示我国文化遗产数字资源融合应以组织协同为中心、以融合标准为核心、以融合技术为支撑、以共享平台为依托，以此缓解文化遗产数字资源积累丰富但多机构分散存储的现状，提升资源整体价值。 |

| China’s rich digital resources of cultural heritage are scattered in libraries, archives, museums and other institutions, forming resource islands, causing problems such as repeated construction, limited utilization and inability to share. ASEAN launched the cultural heritage digital archive project, and began to explore the practice of integrating cultural heritage digital resources across institutions. The project has accumulated valuable experience in institutional coordination, integration of standards, integration of technology, integration of services and other aspects. The ASEAN practice cases enlightens China should take organizational collaboration as the center, integration standards as the core, integration technology as the support, and sharing platform as the basis, so as to alleviate the contradiction of rich accumulation of cultural heritage digital resources but decentralized storage by multiple institutions, and improve the overall value of resources. |
