| The increasingly competition in science and technology in the world has affected seriously the exchange of academic information and the acquisition of information resources. In the digital and AI era, we need to further understand the importance of scientific and technological information resources, understand the connotation and value of scientific and technological information resources, create a new academic information ecosystem, and strengthen the security management of academic information resources. |
