| 现代化图书馆建设如火如荼进程中，海量数字资源的确权管理、安全管理及高效利用成为建设重点及难点。区块链去中心化、分布式部署、不可篡改、非对称加密、共识机制等技术特征及其联盟链形态，能很好地契合其数字资源管理的需求。本文设计一个基于联盟链的图书馆数字资源管理系统，并分析该系统如何应用于图书馆具体业务场景，以期为图书馆建设过程中所遇到的数据安全难题、资源利用难题提供解决思路，为构建智慧图书馆体系打下基础。 |

| The construction of smart library is in full swing, and the management, security and efficient utilization of massive digital resources have become the focus and difficulty. Technical features of blockchain, such as de-centralization, distributed deployment, non-tampering, a symmetric encryption and consensus mechanism, fit the needs of digital resource management of smart library. This paper designs an DRMS based on blockchain, and analyzes how it works in scenarios of libraries. In order to provide solutions to the data security and resource utilization problems encountered in smart library construction, and lay the foundation for smart library system. |
