| “健康中国2030”与“积极应对人口老龄化”战略的提出，体现出国家对健康养老问题的高度重视，而当前老年人健康信息服务面临理论与实践的双重瓶颈，严重阻碍其服务效能的提升。通过分析老年人健康信息服务中存在的资源采集渠道单一、服务单元彼此割裂、服务效率存在延宕、评价结构松散僵化等问题，探讨区块链技术支撑老年人健康信息服务实现精准定位、精准推送、精准反馈、精准评估的可行性。 |

| The proposal of “Healthy China 2030” and “Actively Coping with Population Aging” strategy reflects the great importance of the state to the issue of healthy old-age care. However, the current health information service for the elderly is faced with the double bottleneck of theory and practice, which seriously hinders the improvement of service efficiency. By analyzing the problems of single resource collection channel, service units separated from each other, delayed service efficiency, loose and rigid evaluation structure in health in ormation services for the elderly, this paper explores the feasibility ofblockchain technology to support the elderly health information to achieve accurate positioning, accurate push, accurate feedback and accurate evaluation. |
