| 学术期刊评价应该“因材施教”，不能采用同一指标体系评价不同级别和水平的期刊，但这一问题尚未引起重视。在分析学术期刊评价要素关系的基础上，发现现有期刊分类不利于期刊分级评价，现行学术期刊评价目的导向不利于期刊分级评价，现行评价主体和目的导向也不利于期刊分级评价，指出期刊分级评价必须与评价指标与评价方法挂钩。研究发现，实行期刊分级评价十分必要，期刊分级评价对评价指标和评价方法提出新的要求，必须改进目前的期刊评价管理机制。 |

| The evaluation of academic journals should be individualized, and the same index system cannot be used to evaluate journals of different levels, but this issue has not yet attracted attention. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the evaluation elements of academic journals, we find that the existing journal classification is not conducive to the journal grading evaluation, the current academic journal evaluation purpose orientation is not conducive to the journal grading evaluation, and the current evaluation subject and purpose orientation are also not conducive to the journal grading evaluation. Grading evaluation must be linked with evaluation indicators and evaluation methods. We find that it is very necessary to implement journal grading evaluation, and journal grading evaluation puts forward new requirements for evaluation indicators and evaluation methods. The current mechanism of journal evaluation management must be improved. |
