| 将新闻生产过程中的基本活动与波特价值链中的基本活动相对应，提出关联数据环境下基于价值链的新闻生产过程。在此基础上，结合新闻生产的一般规律，构建关联数据环境下基于价值链的新闻生产模型。该模型将关联数据技术嵌入新闻生产活动，实现新闻生产的高效率及个性化服务，对推动新闻生产流程优化升级以及对媒体的新闻生产实践活动有一定的指导意义。同时，为当今新闻媒体机构利用关联数据进行新闻生产活动指明方向，为新闻传媒行业更好地适应当代新闻生产的生态环境提供参考。 |

| This paper corresponds the basic activities in the news production process to the basic activities in the Porter value chain, and puts forward the news production process based on the value chain in linked data environment. On this basis, combined with the general rules of news production, a value chain-based news production model is constructed under linked data environment. This model imparts linked data technology into news production activities to achieve high efficiency and personalized service of news production, which has certain guiding significance for promoting optimization and upgrading of news production process and news production practice activities of media. At the same time, it points out the direction for today's news media organizations to use linked data in news production activities and provides references for the news media industry to better adapt to the ecological environment of contemporary news production. |
