| 公共文化建设是文化建设的基础工程，在国家文化数字化战略背景下，我国密切关注文化与科技融合，持续推进公共文化服务数字化建设。采用图书情报领域的信息计量方法，从整体视角出发，归纳总结、对比分析理论、技术与制度3个维度下我国公共文化服务数字化建设现状。基于此剖析未来发展进向，明确建设过程中以制度为导向、以理论为根基与以技术为抓手，通过事业与产业、科技与文化、线上与线下的统筹发展，系统推进我国公共文化服务建设的数字化升级。 |

| Public culture construction is a basic project of cultural construction. In the context of the national cultural digitalization strategy, China pays attention to the integration of culture and technology and continuously promotes the digital construction of public cultural services. This paper adopts the bibliometrics method to summarize the current situation of the digital construction of public cultural services in China from the perspectives of theory, technology, and system. Based on the analysis, the future development direction is analyzed, and the institutional orientation, theoretical foundation, and technological focus in the construction process are clarified and dynamically balanced. The digitalization can be upgraded systematically through the coordinated development of career and industry, technology and culture, and online and offline. |
