方志书目提要具有丰富的内涵价值，可帮助用户更好地理解和利用方志资源。在深入分析方志书目提要内外部特征的基础上，提出方志书目提要语义化知识组织框架，以《江苏旧方志提要》为例，通过知识本体设计、关联数据生成、知识图谱构建等环节展开实证研究。通过对方志书目提要进行深度语义化知识组织，可进一步将蕴含其中的各类知识进行关联，发现更多隐含知识，将其“考镜源流，辨章学术”的重要作用揭示出来。研究旨在激活蕴藏在方志书目提要中的多维度知识，也为其他类型书目提要资料语义化知识组织提供借鉴，同时也丰富了我国数字人文研究的应用场景。

英文摘要:

The bibliographic summary of local chronicles possesses rich intrinsic value, aiding users in better understanding and utilizing local chronicle resources. Based on an in-depth analysis of the internal and external characteristics of these summaries, this research proposes a semantic knowledge organization framework for bibliographic summary of local chronicles. Taking The Summary of Old Local Chronicles of Jiangsu as an example, empirical research is conducted through processes such as knowledge ontology design, linked data generation, and knowledge graph construction. By deeply organizing the semantic knowledge of bibliographic summary of local chronicles, various types of knowledge contained within can be interconnected, revealing more implicit knowledge and their significant role in “examining origins and distinguishing academic traditions”. This research activates the multidimensional knowledge embedded in the bibliographic summary of local chronicles, provides a reference for the semantic knowledge organization of other types of bibliographic materials, and enriches the application scenarios of digital humanities research in China.
