| 以南丹麦大学图书馆组织实施的公众科学项目为研究对象，采用网络调查法和案例研究法，基于项目管理生命周期理论，从启动、规划、执行、控制、收尾5个环节分析该馆组织实施公众科学项目的情况。借鉴其经验，我国高校图书馆应建立公众科学办公室，合理规划公众科学项目流程，通过主动孵化公众科学项目、设置项目沟通计划、将公众科学融入学生教育、关注沟通效果和数据质量、注重项目成果的评估和宣传等措施科学组织实施公众科学项目。 |

| This paper focuses on the citizen science projects organized and implemented by the South Denmark University Library. Employing online survey method and case study, and based on the project management life cycle theory, it comprehensively analyzes the implementation of citizen science projects at the South Denmark University Library across five processes: initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. Drawing on its experience, Chinese university libraries should establish citizen science offices, rationally plan the process of citizen science projects, and realize scientific organization and implementation of citizen science projects through the following measures: proactively cultivating citizen science projects, establishing project communication schemes, incorporating citizen science into student education, paying heed to communication effects and data quality, and attaching significant importance to the evaluation and publicity of project outcomes. |
