| 首先简要叙述了目前基于短信平台的手机图书馆的普遍功能，通过分析手机短信支付方式的优势可以弥补由目前原文传递方式造成的文献提供服务方面的不足，提出了手机图书馆提供手机短信支付实现自动下载全文服务的必要性。最后，详细介绍了上海图书馆已经开发完成的短信支付自动下载全文服务系统的流程设计和功能实现。 |

| This paper introduces briefly broad services of mobile phone library based on mobile short message (SMS) platform first. According to the analysis of advantages of SMS payment that can make up for current disadvantages caused by original document delivery, it is presented that automatic document download service by SMS payment is necessary to mobile phone library. At last it expatiates on the flow design and modules implement of the system for automatic documents download service by SMS payment developed by Shanghai Library. |
