| abstract: Based on the developing process of Knowledge Linking, the article analyses the function and the character of DOI. Take the CrossRef -- one part of the Open Knowledge Linking System--as an example, it expounds the importance of realizing Open Knowledge Linking among information resources, and also studies the development actuality, application foreground and the international integration target of the application of DOI in Chinese Open Knowledge Linking field. |
