| 数字参考咨询与虚拟团队具有相似的虚拟环境、共同的核心目标。以宁波大学图书馆构建虚拟团队为例，探讨数字参考咨询中建立虚拟团队的可行性，着重分析构建虚拟团队的背景、要素及运作模式，并于实践中总结出虚拟团队的几点特性。从而证明构建虚拟团队是当前数字参考咨询发展的必然趋势。 |

| Digital reference service and virtual team have similar virtual environment and shared key objectives. Taking the establishment of virtual team in Ningbo university library for instance, the article discusses the feasibility of building virtual team in digital reference service, analyzes emphatically the background, factors and operational model of the establishment of virtual team and summarizes some characteristics of virtual team in practice. It is proved that the establishment of virtual team is an inevitable trend in the development of virtual reference service. |
