| This paper analyses the characteristics of the U.S. model of collective management of copyright, including competitive collective management organizations, various royalty distribution scheme, effective supervision and regulation and rights management in the digital age. And then the paper proposes that in order to accelerate the development of collective management organizations in China, it is necessary to develop the market competition mechanism, dispute resolution mechanism of royalty distribution, and adopt new technologies to collective management of copyright in digital age. |
