| 介绍上海大学图书馆2.0实践与探索的基础上，提出了一种图书馆2.0动力模型。认为现代信息技术、组织与管理和文化与精神是驱动图书馆2.0发展的三大动力要素。表明选择合适的实施策略是实现图书馆2.0的重要步骤。有效的技术手段，自底向上的认知与趋同和自顶向下的规划与制度适应是实现图书馆2.0的有效途径。 |

| On the basis of introducing the practice and research of library 2.0 in Shanghai University Library, a dynamic model of library 2.0 is proposed. The article point out that motive force of the development of library 2.0 is the modern information technology, organization and management, and culture and spirit. It is important step to choosing appropriate strategy of the implementation library 2.0. It is also pointed out that the effective ways of implementation library 2.0 is to selecting effective technology methods, to improve the cognitions and agreements of participator from librarian to leaders, to using top-down planning methodology and to reforming the management system. |
