| 互操作性是数字图书馆项目建设面临的关键问题。文章以NSTL网络服务系统为例，针对资源类型多样化、服务组件切分不合理引发的互操作问题，提出标准与规范先行、资源建设的开放性、信息服务的整体性、体系结构的适用性和扩展性等四条建设原则，从统一标准规范、统一基础信息和规范组件接口三个方面介绍系统三期建设中互操作机制的设计与实现。最后指出解决数字图书馆领域的互操作问题一定要严格定义互操作的内容、层次，确定实现的范围与边界，这样才能真正具有可行性。 |

| Interoperability is the key issue of DLs construction. Taking the NSTL system for example, the article describes the interoperability problems caused by diversification of resource type and unreasonable segmentation of service components, proposes some principles those are standards and norms should be implemented first, resources should be open accessed, information services should be integrated, system architectures should be easy to be expanded. The article introduces how to design and implement the interoperability mechanism from the unified standards and norms, the unified basic information and standardized components interfaces. Finally the article points out that to solve the issues of digital library interoperability must be strict definition of interoperability contents, levels, scope and border, so as to truly feasibility. |
