| This paper discusses the feasibility on the government opening content system. And a global solution is put forward by the TRS Ltd., based on resource, and catalogue, and channel, and maintenance. From the four aspects, some key study and technology are introduced. Therefore, an open platform is constructed for the government opening content system, and the Regulation on Government Information Opening will be supported and ensured entirely and strongly. |
