| The paper systematically reviews the developing processes the Legal System of Disclosure of Government Information in the USA, emphatically introduces the background of Freedom of Information Act, its basical principles, the scopes of disclosure, the types of exemptible information, the procedures of disclosure, the measures of relief, the processes of implementation and the amendments. Then the prominent characteristics of Disclosure of Government Information and the significance of refering for establishing and perfecting the Legal System of Disclosure of Government Information in People's Republic of China are discussed as well. |
