      web2.0网络服务模式推动着图书馆用户在信息需求和信息行为方面发生了深刻变化,如何通过应用web2.0技术创新图书馆服务理念和服务模式,是web2.0环境下图书馆面临的巨大挑战。本文从提高图书馆2.0对用户的粘度、满足图书馆2.0用户需求的角度,分析了SNS作为web2.0的核心应用在变革图书馆服务模式中凸现的优势。本文结合目前国外图书馆在SNS应用中的主要服务特征,探索了图书馆SNS服务应用的实现方式及其功能模块,并且研究了如何改善用户体验来提高平台的用户粘度。
英文摘要:
      The library user’s information needs and user behavior have been dramatically transformed with the evolution of Web 2.0 service. It is a great challenge for the library to figure out how to renovate our service philosophy and service mode by the application of Web 2.0 technology. As one of the core applications of Web 2.0 technology,the advantages of social network system (SNS) are analyzed in the library service renovation context. The construction of SNS is proposed in order to increase user viscosity and fulfill user needs. The author argues that user experience should be established in the library to create maximum value for our user. The author also explores the approach to implement a SNS system and its function modules combining the service scenario in the library.
