| 国家数字图书馆工程作为我国第一个政府支持的国家级数字图书馆工程，在我国数字图书馆领域具有重要的影响。本文首先简要回顾了工程的提出及立项审批过程。自1999年工程获得国家批准立项以来，经过了从立项建议书、可行性研究报告、初步设计方案到细化设计方案共计四次系统方案设计，本文着重分析了四次设计方案的主要特点及发展变化。文章最后对未来两年国家数字图书馆的建设重点做了分析与阐述。 |

| As the first government-supported national digital library project, National Digital Library Project of China has an important impact on the field. This paper briefly reviewed the propose and approval of this project. Since 1999, National Digital Library project has four System Designs include the recommendation for the project proposals, the feasibility study report, preliminary design and detailed design. This paper focuses on the main features and changes of each design. Finally, this paper analysis the focus on the next two years. |
