| 科学数据引用问题一直是困扰科学数据领域的难题之一，本文从科技文献引用的概念入手，在分析科学数据的特点的基础上，提出了科学数据引用的概念、引用对象和存在的问题，对国内外科学数据引用情况进行了实证分析，论述了建立科学数据引用规范的必要性，总结出科学数据引用规范的内容，从数据生产者、使用者、管理者和政府的角度分析了科学数据引用规范的推广价值，最后给出了在中国推广科学数据引用规范的建议。 |

| Scientific data citation is one of the problems that puzzled the Science Data field for a long time, the paper started with the definition of scientific literature citation, generalized the definition of scientific data citation, research objects and problems, based on the character of scientific data. Then analyzed the status of scientific data citation both at home and abroad,, discussed the need of the building the Scientific data citation standard, finally summarized the content of the standard, analyzed the promotion significance, and gave the suggestions of promoting the scientific data citation in China. |
