| 技术创新决定未来中国的发展，专利战略是技术创新的基本保障，专利战略的实施，离不开专利情报检索。本文以将专利作为立国之本、最成功地实施专利战略的日本为研究对象，首先简要概述日本专利情报的战略地位与服务提供；其次，具体介绍日本专利情报检索体系的组织构成和其独特的主题分类FI/F-term系统；再次，给出 FI/F-term的构成实例和FI/F-term的活用方法；最后，给出有关结论与思考。 |

| Technological innovation affects future developmens of China, patent strategy is the basic guarantee of techonologcal innovation, to put patent strategy into execution can not be separated with patent information retrieval system. This paper takes Japan as subject of research, since Japan regards patent strategy as a foundation for national progress, and it have most successfully implemented patent strategy. In this article, first of all, we gave a brief overview of strategic position of patent information at Japan, as well as its providing service. Secondly, introduced an organization of patent information retrieval system and its unique subject classification FI/F-term, furthermore, gave an example of FI / F-term and its utilization. Finally, gave the conclusions and thinking. |
