| 专利网络分析是一种重要的专利情报分析方法。数据挖掘技术应用于专利网络分析可以有效地提高分析的效果。本文对数据挖掘中的关联分析和聚类分析进行了简要介绍，并结合专利网络分析提出了关联分析和聚类分析法引入专利网络分析后的分析流程。在实证研究部分，本文以碳纳米管技术为例，利用上述的专利网络分析流程针对美国专利与商标局网站数据库中的专利进行了专利情报分析，展示了各企业在该技术领域的相关关系、专利主题关联以及核心专利的分布情况。 |

| Patent network analysis is an important patent analysis method. Using data mining technology in patent network analysis can improve analysis effect effectively. This article briefly introduced correlation analysis and cluster analysis method in data mining, and demonstrated a general process for patent network analysis. This paper also took carbon nanotube as an example, and used the process to analysis the related information extracted from the USPTO database. The analysis showed the relationship of different companies in this specific technical field, the correlation of the different patent themes, as well as the distribution of the core patents. |
